I really enjoyed reading this book. It was a change from my usual reads and was filled with action and suspense and was intense in many spots. My favorite character was Daniel. He reminds me a lot of my husband and son who are both usually the bigger guys in the room and you see people’s reaction to them in the same way they react to Daniel. I really felt for him but was glad he found some peace with Sofia and Layla. The author did a great job with the characters and the story lines. ARC - All I can say is buy all of Dwayne's books. You will not be disappointed at all there is non stop action from beginning to end and the stories and people come to life like they are real and you care about them. You want to know more. These need to be made into movies it would be a great franchise. I will buy anything and everything he writes. I buy all the books that I get as ARC copies also. Dwayne deserves all the money he can get for these great stories. He can't write them fast enough. He is right there with Stephen King as my favorite author. This is a new author to me, and I am thrilled to be able to say how much I enjoyed reading his book. From the plot to the relating of the story to the characters all are thought out very well and the book flows seamlessly from beginning to end. The suspense and the action help to keep you focused on what is happening as well as adding that extra enjoyment to the read.
